 DB4140-ZD CNC reverse edge polishing machine is a double-head combination digital external polishing machine continuously developed by our company based on a series of products, The machine is of a horizontal overall structure with a compact layout. The edge and bottom polishing stations are arranged at 90°. The edge and bottom polishing processes can be carried out simultaneously, effectively improving polishing efficiency. At the same time, the machine fully takes into account the polishing process characteristics of the bottom polishing: before the polishing is completed, the bottom polishing station will perform a "trajectory drag" polishing action along the bottom of the pot to further improve the polishing quality of the part.
