2MB4220-CNC double heads interior polishing machine is a new generation of digitally controlled polishing machines continuously developed on the basis of our series of products. The overall layout of the machine is a horizontal separate design, with two grinding wheels and a waxing mechanism in the middle, and two workpieces symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides. The main components of the machine are made of high-strength cast iron and high-quality alloy structural steel, and undergo a complete heat treatment process to eliminate internal residual stress and improve material mechanical properties, making the machine sufficiently rigid and highly stable, thereby obtaining strong cutting force, significantly improving production efficiency and polishing quality.
