        QX8.8-1 metal ware washing line is our company on the basis of the original series of products, continuous improvement and upgrade of products, compared with similar products at home and abroad are in a leading position.
        The machine is made of stainless steel and reasonable process methods, and the design focuses on considering the needs of different processes, each process can be independently controlled, and customers can use it according to different situations. In normal production, the cleaning line only needs two people to operate, compared with manual cleaning, it can save labor, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency and cleaning quality, and reduce environmental pollution. The cleaning line is mainly used for the cleaning process of drawing and stamping parts stained with oil before the bottom of stainless steel ware products to ensure the welding quality of the bottom; It can also be used for the mass production of cooking utensils and daily living utensils in the oil cleaning process before polishing.
The cleaning line has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable, beautiful appearance, strong and durable, no rust, no leakage of liquid. The cleaning speed can be adjusted at any time according to different cleaning processes (stepless speed change), and the speed regulation range of the normal cleaning speed is adjustable within 0.6 to 1.2 meters/minute.
